This kind of Material comprises a polyethylene core between two aluminum skin, the front surface is coated with PVDF paints. The Nano-PVDF Material is coated another anti-pollution Nano paints based on the PVDF coating layer. This kind contains the traditional PVDF coating Material's advantages. Meanwhile by the high-tech Nano technology, it has a more super advantage in the pollution resistance, self-cleaning function, acid and alkaline resistance.

Applications

Building exterior cladding & curtain wall projects: PVDF Nano coated ACM for outside use, excellent weatherproof and self-cleaning function. Recommend to use Material thickness 4mm or 5mm, Aluminum skin thickness 0.30mm or 0.40mm or 0.50mm.
